Assessment + Action Plan
1 hour virtual meeting assessments all have the same format. Fill out any needed questionnaire's (we'll send you links after booking) for your assessment, then we'll send you a link to schedule your assessment. We'll go through the questionnaire in details and also cover any questions you have. If time goes over the 1 hour, we just bill $100 for additional 30 minute blocks. After the call is completed, we'll send over a post call report detailing everything we talked about.
Some assessments involve a deep dive into your business within the areas that are looking to be improved. Looking at the business as a whole and then extremely detailed in certain categories to attain the desired results. We have been in 1000's of businesses and seen it all. Everyone makes mistakes while in business. Some are done out of necessity, others done because they weren't sure what to do. We don't judge, we just pinpoint issues, and devise a plan and then put it into action.
Being operationally mature means you've worked out all the kinks within your service lifecycle. Nothing falls in between the cracks. All details are accounted for. This usually happens years down the road, even decades, and sometimes never. Some owners and managers focus on sales, other's focus on service delivery. Wherever the effort goes, that's what gets improved. We provide an outside look to what makes smooth transitions between the sale through to delivery and then customer satisfaction.
When a business is turn-key it means it's literally turn-key. Someone like an operation manager or new owner can just step into the role of management and the machine does not stop. It's a well oiled machine that produces cash flow. Financials are good, operations are smooth, the business is leveraged to perform and is efficient, employees know what to do, and follow the same process. When you're not turn-key, it can seem overwhelming trying to get there. You have to do it in steps and have a plan. If your current operations are a mess, you're going to experience some pain on the way to turn-key. After the assessment you'll have an idea what it will take. We give you an action plan that will detail our suggested route to being turn-key, including what needs to improve.
